  3. Other sensitive personal information and records such as, but not limited to, the following:

    8. Salary, basic pay, statutory obligations such as HDMF or Pag-IBIG, SSS, Phil Health and withholding tax, other benefits

Should you choose not to provide and agree on the above personal information, eBiZolution may not be able to accommodate your request or offer its services.
Use of Cookies
eBiZolution-website is using "Cookies" – these are text files containing small amounts of information which are automatically downloaded to your computer or device when you visit a website. What is our Privacy Policy regarding minor?
eBiZolution will never collect personal data from children or minor (below 18 years old).
Our Commitment to Personal Information Security
We take reasonable steps to make sure that the personal data we collect, use or disclose are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. We strictly enforce our Privacy Policy within eBiZolution Inc. and we have implemented technological, organizational and physical security measures to protect your personal data we hold from loss, misuse, modification, unauthorized or accidental access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. We put in effect safeguards such as the following:
  1. appointment of Data Protection Officer, access control policy, security awareness training, among others.
  2. we restrict access to your personal data only to qualified and authorized personnel who hold your personal data with strict confidentiality.
  3. we keep and protect your personal data using a secured server behind a firewall, deploying encryption on computing devices, anti-virus software and physical security controls.
