Job Description:

Your responsibilities:

Participate in the development of training materials for the System
Responsible for training all Call Center personnel in the new System
Responsible for creating training plans, materials, manuals and assessment tests
Works with Consortium project office for the development of training videos/materials

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of full-time experience in Training and Development
Excellent presentation and communication skills in Taglish
Bachelor’s degree
Tech-savvy – Background in IT is a plus
