Job Description:

The IT Operations Specialist brings innovation and efficiencies to the Technical Services Team that is accountable for business and technical services. This person is responsible for delivering new and enhancing existing services by embracing automation and continual service improvement across the team. The IT Operations Specialist provides timely resolution to escalated incidents, service requests and problems.

Key Responsibilities

Operations for Backup, Recovery and HCI
Evaluate logs and see to it that there are no unresolved problems and issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
Knowledge in OS (Windows, Linux and AIX a plus)
Knowledge in networking, VLANs.
