Job Description:

The Business Analyst (BA) /  Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for analyzing how well software, hardware, and the wider IT system fit the business needs or requirements. We are in search of a Business Systems Analyst who can monitor and recommend improvements to an organization’s software, hardware and business systems. Conducts testing on software, websites, and other technical products to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in business, computer science, information technology informatics
• At least 3 years of experience in any of the following: Business, Process, Quality Assurance Analysis
