Nathaniel “Nat” Marquez is the President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of eBiZolution, a company specializing in Business Process Management, IT Optimization Services and Next-Gen Technology Solutions. He is also the President and CEO of Kreativo Koncepto, a creative services and production company, and is one of the Directors of Machine2Machine Interactive Intelligence, an M2M Application Solutions Provider pioneering telemetry solutions and the 1st pre-paid electricity system in the country.

Nat has over 15 years of management and technical experience. Prior founding eBiZolution, he founded eBiZ Computer and Net Excel Global Technologies Inc. which he later merge into one. Before his entrepreneurial stint, Nat was the youngest Division Manager of Leverage Systems Technologies, a system integrator and application development company based in the Philippines. He led the eBusiness Solution Division and was responsible in the successful deployment of various eBusiness Applications and IT Optimization projects in most of the top corporations in the industry of transportation, utilities, industrial and media industries of the country. He is also part of the management team who spearheaded the company in getting CMMI Certification.

Nat was the former Country Manager of IBM Tivoli Software until May 2003. He led in delivering solutions in the systems management software and services segment. Prior to this position, Nat was the Regional Engagement Manager for Wireless eBusiness Solutions for IBM ASEAN/South Asia responsible for coordinating efforts across the IBM organization to deliver pervasive computing solutions; this includes development of strategic partnerships, resource deployment, design and architecture, innovation workshops and other customer commitment.

Since joining IBM in May 1998, he has worked on various eBusiness related client engagements and business development efforts in the financial services, communications, utilities, public sector and Net Generation (NetGen) industries. Other positions he held at IBM Philippines were Segment Manager, Communication and Service Provider Industry Solutions Unit and Marketing and Channels Development Manager, Networking Systems and Services Group.

Nat received his B.S. in Electronics Communications Engineering at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and has also completed his Probationary Officers’ Course at the Philippine Army Reserve Command, Armed Forces of the Philippines. He attended his Entrepreneurial Leadership and Strategic Management in the Asian Institute of Management, several executive courses at the Advance Business Institute in Palisades, New York and is a Certified eBusiness Advisor of IBM.

Currently an Active Reservist Military Officer and a member of the prestigious Public Affairs Service Brigade of the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command, Nat holds a rank of Second Lieutenant in the Philippine Army and is currently the Chief, Training and Operations Branch, OG3, PAS, AFPRESCOM. He is a recipient of various distinguished military medals, awards and commendation.

He is also currently the Deputy Supreme Commander of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) Maragtas International Brotherhood Inc. The alumni association of PLM ROTC/WATC organization initiates various socio-activity and outreach program to the less fortunate and deserving students of Manila.

Arthur “Bobbie” Geronimo is the Director, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of eBiZolution. He is behind the technical operation and some of the key strategic accounts of eBiZ. Bobbie has over 15 years of management and technical experience. Prior founding eBiZ, Bobbie was one of the Senior Partner of ADR Consulting Asia. He was assigned as the operations manager of the Systems Management and Compliance of BMW Asia Pacific based out of CyberJaya, Malaysia where he got his operational expertise in running the largest datacenter of BMW. He is also the lead in the Disaster Management Services in the Lufthansa Technik running their backup and recovery operations and policies.

Bobbie is a Certified Tivoli Implementer and is behind the successful deployment projects both in the Philippines and abroad. He was the Technical Support Manager of the eBusiness Solution Division of Leverage Systems Technologies. He led the core team and was responsible in the successful deployment of various eBusiness Applications and IT Optimization projects. He is also part of the team who spearheaded the company in getting CMMI certification. Bobbie’s expertise is wrap around proven implementation methodologies of industry leading technology solutions such as IBM Tivoli, Computer Associates, BMC Patrol, Software Artistry and other industry leading products.

Bobbie took his B.S. in Computer Engineering at the Don Bosco Technical College.

Christine “xTine” Marquez is the Director, Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of eBiZolution. She is responsible for all financial operations and investor relations activities for the company, as well as administrative functions including human resources, legal, production and distribution, Information Technology and facilities.
Before co-founding eBiZ, Christine was the Manager for Hypertech Corporation’s Corporate and Channel Accounts. She was behind the closure of several strategic accounts such as the National Crime Information System and Gillamac Internet Infrastructure. She recently received the “Deal of the Year” award from Computer Associates.

Christine took her B.S. in Computer Science at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Intramuros Manila Philippines and her finance studies at the Asian Institute of Management.

Alejandro “Sid” Casidsid is the Director, Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of eBiZolution.

Sid has over 8 years of in-depth technical experience. He work as Technical Operations Manager for Machine2Machine Interactive Intelligence and behind the successful deployment and operation of the 1st Service Oriented Architecture ASP Platform and Pre-Paid Electricity System in the Philippines. He was also the Senior Systems Administrator of Chikka Asia and is part of the team which launch the several wireless content not only locally but as well in abroad.

Sid took his B.S. in Computer Engineering at the Don Bosco Technical College.

Julius “Jules” Foronda is the Director for Strategies and Innovation and co-founder of eBiZolution. Julius is responsible for eBiZ operations in the area of strategies, research and business development. He is concurrently the Information Technology Head of Timex Philippines and a Certified Information Systems Auditor and Project Management Professional.

Presently an IT practitioner with over 13 years work experience in different fields in manufacturing, production planning, logistics, sales and distribution and service industry. The last 8 years has been supporting the Information Technology Department operations of Intel with functions ranging from Software QA Engineer, Business Analyst, Manager for Unix/Netapps Server Infrastructure and Station Controllers, Project Specialist, Information Security Specialist, Project/Program Manager, Customer Account Manager, ISO and SOX404 Compliance Lead , Risk Management Lead, IT Audit Team Lead and currently as a IT Department Head of Timex. Prior entering Intel he had been an initiator and pioneer of productivity solutions supporting order management, inventory, distribution and production planning, and warehouse management from Universal Robina Corporation, San Miguel Corporation and Amkor Technology Philippines. Have been responsible for designing and development of business processes, decision support systems and systems integration also prior working at Timex.

Julius received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering in Adamson University in Manila, Philippines, and has earned Post Graduate units in Master in Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Management, Makati City, Philippines.
